Amin Shahbaz, DULE, BA, MBA

Amin appreciates the emotional and financial commitment people make in realizing their dreams of home ownership and asset diversification. At the end of the day, a good real estate purchase should enhance homeowners’ lives where families grow and flourish and financial security is realized. In doing so, homebuyers should have the most competent representation for their purchase decision.

Amin is a personable and motivated professional with over seventeen years of experience in real estate development, project management, commercial and residential investment properties, and sales. His entrepreneurial experience is paired with a broad academic background as he holds a double major in Economics and Classical Studies from the University of Western Ontario. He later went onto study Computer Information Systems from the University of California, Berkeley, and received an Associate Certificate in Building Construction Technology from BCIT. In 2011, Amin graduated with a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Sauder School of Business at UBC with a specialization in Marketing and in 2018 with a diploma in Urban Land Economics.

As a Licensed Realtor at Rennie & Associates, Amin looks forward to providing his utmost care and experience in working with buyers and sellers to achieve their personal and financial real estate goals.

Fundamentals for a Successful Sale

Mix marketing materials that encompasses print media such as brochures, social media with sponsored ads, professional photography & videography, online presence, staging, and hosting open-houses

Accessibility is a two way commitment: The Seller has to make the commitment to allow access and the agent must be responsive to market requests. A timely response will have a significant impact on whether a listing is viewed or entirely passed.

Pricing Strategy

Pricing strategy begins with an objective review of comparable active and sold listings with consideration to current market conditions (Sellers Market vs. Buyers Market). All successful pricing plans must consider a time-line and the several stages of pricing before a listing successfully sells.
